We want you to love your Mylee products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, gels and liquids must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your Mylee products in their original box, ensuring all seals are intact and the items are protected for transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
